We can start counting the time until Super Bowl LI, on February 5th, 2017, in days – not weeks. The teams have been decided and Super Bowl commercial season has officially begun!
Big Game ad junkies that we are, we’re anxiously looking forward to the 2017 Super Bowl commercials. While companies like Wix, Budweiser, Kia, Skittles and Snickers have announced that they bought ad time this year, there is still no final word on all the brands who will advertise in Super Bowl LI. As the brands prepare for the Big Game here is a list of those who take advantage of getting ahead of the curve via ‘the leak’…
Wix
For the third consecutive Wix Super Bowl commercial, the website building experts are already making waves! They made history on January 17 when they became the first brand to ever release the creative for a Super Bowl ad over Facebook live. Then, they broadcast this action-packed clip starring Wonder Women (AKA Gal Gadot) and Jason Statham.
Wix announced on their blog that there is lots more in store, too, which is why this is one Super Bowl commercial that we simply can not wait to see! Oh, yeah, and did we mention that their ad will be directed by Louis Leterrier? He’s the guy who did the Transporter films, Unleashed and The Incredible Hulk.
Buick
MIRANDA Kerr is revved up for the Super Bowl. Not only is the Australian model hosting a viewing party, she is part of the line-up for the big game. The 33-year-old stars alongside NFL star Cam Newton in US car company Buick’s Super Bowl LI commercial, which will air during the show.
Intel
Intel was one of the first brands to release a teaser for their 2017 Super Bowl commercial and it’s got us waiting – with baited breath – for Game Day. Why? Because it stars a very sexy Tom Brady. And he’s not in uniform either. In fact, he’s doing some pretty mundane tasks like brushing his teeth and eating a pancake. ‘Course since he’s Brady – it’s epic. This is just the teaser, so needless to say we can’t wait to see the complete Intel Super Bowl commercial!
Mercedes-Benz
Mercedes-Benz spent Super Bowl 50 on the sidelines, which we already take to be a good sign. Why? Because it means they have had a whole two years to come up with unforgettable creative for their 2017 Super Bowl commercial! What’s more, they have none other than the COEN BROTHERS on board to direct their spot! How could it not be amazing?

Skittles
The candy company may wind up with the biggest buzz of all Super Bowl commercials by the time the game is over. Here’s a look…
